Signed certification
Certification is a translator's statement, not a USCIS seal of approval. The federal translation rule requires completeness, accuracy and competence to translate into English. Layout alone establishes none of these.
Dense pages and pricing
At LangCertix the billing unit is the page, even if it exceeds 250 words. We do not divide a dense page into several units based on word count. Additional pages and urgent options are shown separately at checkout.
Review checklist
Compare every field with the original; check that annotations are included; review names and dates; retain the final PDF and certification. If the original is illegible, obtain a clearer copy before translation.
