FIND YOUR DOCUMENT

What do you need translated?

Document names and formats vary by country. We can work with documents issued in Mexico, Central America, South America and other countries, provided the content to be translated is in Spanish.

Birth certificates

Spanish-language birth certificates and registration records, including registration details and annotations.

Before uploading: include the reverse side if it contains text, stamps or notes.

Marriage certificates

Documents recording a marriage, including names, dates and marginal annotations.

Before uploading: make sure the margins and stamps are fully visible.

Divorce decrees

Spanish-language divorce records and court decisions. We review the file to identify all of its pages.

Before uploading: keep pages in order and include attachments belonging to the document you need translated.

Criminal record certificates

Spanish-language criminal record certificates, including information about the issuing authority.

Please note: a translation does not renew the validity of the original certificate.

Academic documents

Spanish-language diplomas, degrees, school certificates and transcripts.

Important: a translation is not an academic credential evaluation.

Other documents in Spanish

Passports, death certificates, letters and other supporting documents. Share your file to ask about translation.

DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR COUNTRY, IN ENGLISH

The details matter.
Our language pair stays the same.

We translate from Spanish to English. We review names, dates, numbers and annotations to reflect the information in the document you share.

If a file includes another language or is difficult to read, contact us before proceeding. We do not invent text that cannot be read.

You or your representative determine which documents your case requires. LangCertix handles translation, not the selection of evidence or the filing of your application.

START WITH A CLEAR IMAGE

Send a file that is readable from beginning to end.

You can start with a PDF or an image of your document. Before sending it:

  • Lay the page flat and use even lighting.
  • Include all four corners without cutting off stamps or annotations.
  • Avoid glare, shadows and blurry photographs.
  • Attach every page and the reverse side when it contains information.

WHAT THE SERVICE COVERS

Clear translations. Clear expectations.

We translate the content

Your English translation is prepared from the Spanish-language document you provide. We do not change the information in the original.

We do not decide your case

We do not issue official documents or guarantee an immigration decision. A translation does not replace your application requirements.

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR FILES

Your questions about documents, answered

Can I send a photograph instead of a PDF?

Yes. The photograph must show the entire document, with readable details, stamps and annotations. If you cannot obtain a clear image, contact us before placing your order.

Do you translate documents issued outside Mexico?

Yes. We work with Spanish-language documents from different countries. Our service is Spanish to English; if your document contains other languages, let us know so we can review the scope.

What if the original has an error in my name or a date?

The translation must reflect the document received. We do not correct or alter the information in the original. Contact the issuing authority if you need it corrected.

Does the translation include a new original document?

No. We deliver an English translation and its certification. We do not issue official records, certificates or duplicates of the original document.

Will you tell me which documents to submit to USCIS?

We do not provide immigration advice or determine which evidence your case requires. Consult your application instructions or your representative. We can help translate the Spanish-language documents you need.

What if my document is not listed on this page?

Contact us with the document type, language and number of pages. We will review whether we can translate it before you proceed.
